Update CyanogenMod 9 ICS 4.0.3 on Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch
Well today we are covering all the custom ROMs for Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch and now we are covering Cyanogenmod 9 for Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G touch and this ROM is in Alpha stage and there are still some bugs in it and many people have installed this on their Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch and it is working fine. There are few things which are not working such as video recording. You might face the issue of gallery not opening, private number will appear as N and also MMS slideshow will not work. Final version of CyanogenMod 9 has not come yet but we are expecting this to come very soon. This ROM is developed by senior member of XDA darchstar who has more than 400 thanks which is not so impressive but we can trust this ROM and after looking at the feedback of people who have installed this ROM we can say that you may go for this ROM and use it on your Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch.Now in this article we will first talk about this CyanogenMod 9 ROM and then we will move to the disclaimer and then installation part. About CyanogenMod 9 and developer
Well as we said this CyanogenMod 9 is in Alpha stage and not the daily use ROM so you may install this ROM just to see how Cyanogenmod 9 works on Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch. The name of the developer is darchstar who is senior member of XDA. This ROM is based on Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 and there are few videos released on it and you may check it here.

This ROM should be installed on Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch and no other device. Also make sure your phone is 60% charged and you have Samsung drivers installed in your PC.
You also need to uninstall Samsung kies as it may interrupt the installation and also make sure that you do not have anti virus, firewall activated on your computer you may activate it later.
